The foundations of Lean are the pursuit of continuous improvement and respect for people. We will dive into the key philosophies of Lean that support those foundations and relate how Lean can work in conjunction with and benefit the PMO. Focus will be on Value, Flow, Waste Identification, Standardized Work, and striving for Perfection.
