Agile Lunchbox

Details
Abstract:
Topic - The Stakeholder All-Shake
As we pursue the first principle of lean product development, “Establish customer-defined value to separate value-added from waste” might we be leaving others behind?
Sometimes our focus on the customer can cause us to overlook stakeholders and other interested parties crucial to the success of the new product; meeting their needs contributes to the overall success of the project. Stakeholders can contribute requirements, assumptions, or constraints that we need to be aware of throughout our product development flow.
Join us as Terry describes various stakeholders and their concerns, helping us get past “we don’t know what we don’t know” and the “curse of knowledge,” enabling us to more effectively identify and work with our stakeholders.
