- Is Threat Modeling Scalable?Link visible for attendees
This is a copy to help spread the word. Here's the link to actual "Let's Talk Software Security!" meetup group event: https://www.meetup.com/lets-talk-software-security/events/295782987
Threat Modeling can be a very beneficial practice to bring your security and engineering teams together to learn on both sides while identifying opportunities to guard against identified threats, but does this model scale?
This is not a presentation, but rather a topic-focused open discussion where we'll address these questions and more. Here are some questions to get us started, but the conversation tends to take a life of its own.
- What are the benefits of threat modeling at scale?
- Is there a certain skillset required to threat model?
- Do threat modeling tools help scale effectively?
Come and bring your opinions and ask questions to direct the conversation where you desire, or just listen and learn. It's always a great chat with great people!
