Guided Breathwork Journey

Transformational Breathwork is a 3-part active-breath series that can support relaxation and rest, ignite creativity, empower mental and emotional exploration, and has the potential to transport you to altered states of consciousness. Spirit rides on the breath, and this practice empowers you to access your own brilliance and healing that is waiting to communicate with you and remind you of your inherent magic.
The journey includes an introduction to the practice and gentle meditation on either side of 30 minutes of active, focused breathing
Lauren is a somatic-led practitioner, energy worker, and breathwork guide, using Shamanic healing modalities and clairvoyance to help you access your own wisdom and medicine. A teacher and student of the Enneagram, Animism, Hermeticism, and the Qabalah, Lauren is a lifelong student of the cosmos and the power of the human mind, heart, and body's wisdom.
