Learn Reiki Level 1 with Pina Nast

Receive you Reiki Level 1 attunement while learning the foundations of Reiki, the chakra system, two Reiki symbols and hand on healing techniques.
In this foundational training, you'll learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki, how Reiki works, and how to begin incorporating it into your everyday life. We'll explore energy awareness, grounding, the chakra system, self-Reiki, and techniques for offering Reiki to yourself and others.
You'll also be introduced to two traditional Reiki symbols, learning their meaning, purpose, and how they can support your Reiki practice.
The heart of Level 1 is learning to receive before you give. Through guided practices, meditation, hands-on experience, and your Reiki attunement, you'll begin developing a deeper awareness of your own energy and intuition.
You'll have the opportunity to practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive, welcoming environment while learning simple tools you can continue using long after the training.
