Welcome to That Sounds Fun Meetup! This group is for anyone who loves trying new activities, exploring their city, and meeting other individuals. Our main purpose is to separate people from their devices and learn how to have fun without a screen. We will help you develop better social interactions and real conversations. Whether it's live music, outdoor adventures, food festivals, or creative workshops, we are all about having fun and creating memorable experiences together. Join us for spirited conversations, good laughs, and plenty of fun-filled adventures. Let's make the most of our free time and discover all the exciting things our city has to offer. Our target age group is 30's and 40's. Does that mean we will turn away someone in their late 20's, NO! Will we shun someone who is a young 50, probably not. This group is mostly for Millennials and we will ask a few members from this group to host or co-host events. Initially we may pair with similar groups or even groups that are highly populated with singles over 50 until this group grows large enough. We can reward our events hosts and who knows, make them one of the metro areas newest influencers.

🚌 Bus leaves: 6:00 AM SHARP
🥾 Hike begins around 7:30 AM
🥤 Goal: Back at Summit around 12:30 PMThe bus takes us directly to the trailhead, so no parking or shuttle hassle, and you can leave extra belongings on the bus.

The Incline is extremely challenging with steep terrain and significant elevation gain, so please research it before committing. If the Incline isn't right for you, Barr Trail is our alternative option!
We’ll stagger our start with experienced/fast hikers first, followed by moderate and slower hikers.
🎒 BRING:
Lots of water, protein snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, supportive hiking shoes, a small backpack, and weather-appropriate layers.
