What we’re about
Today many people find it hard to focus or concentrate. Their thoughts are scattered because of our quick-paced, and stressful lifestyles. Our daily use and increasing dependence on electronic devices might lead to the loss of concentration, calmness and contemplation. We would like to share Tai Chi movements to help relieve stress and support concentration, calmness and contemplation.
Currently we offer these classes:
