Experience deep guided relaxation with Angelique Porter, followed by a sound bath from Ryan Warner.
Join us for an event focused on deep relaxation and embodied healing with Yoga Nidra. Often called "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra focuses on verbal guided cues to induce a gentle sleep state in the body and has benefits for anxiety, muscle tension, overstimulation, and stress.
Enjoy a 30 minute Yoga Nidra session led by certified practitioner Angelique Porter, followed by an hour-long sound bath from Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed. No yoga experience necessary - all are welcome!
