Sound Waves: Summer Solstice Outdoor Sound Bath & Energy Experience

Join us to honor the Summer Solstice with a soothing outdoor sound bath infused with essential oils and hands-on energy work. As we approach the longest day of the year and the light starting to wane, we welcome a time to reflect, relax, and renew.

Enjoy 75 minutes of healing by trained musician and Usui Reiki Master Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Licensed massage and craniosacral therapists Nicole Warner and Christy DeHeaton will begin with carefully selected essential oils to align with the energy of the solstice, followed by a meditation with guided imagery. They will also offer optional hands-on craniosacral energy work throughout the sound bath. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light touch modality that can help restore balance to the body's fascia and nervous system.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bug spray, and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
