We’re so excited to be hosting this year’s Summer Solstice Celebration outdoors in the beautiful garden at Indigo Sun Wellness Studio.
The Summer Solstice, the longest day and shortest night of the year, marks a powerful seasonal shift. It’s when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, filling the earth with light and energy. It’s a natural invitation to pause, reflect, and realign.
In its brilliance, the sun becomes our teacher — reminding us to shine without apology, expand beyond our limits, celebrate joyfully, release what no longer serves, spark our creativity, and trust the light within.

Join us for:
Sound Waves: A Summer Solstice Sound Bath + Energy Experience
Friday, June 20
Indigo Sun Wellness Studio – 636 Chase Rd, Columbus, OH
90 minutes | $40 per person
What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or sleeping bag
• Extra blankets and pillows
• Lawn chair or zero-gravity chair (if preferred)
• Journal
• Bug spray or essential oils (we’ll be outside, weather permitting!)

If it rains, we’ll simply move the event inside the studio — no worries!

We’ll begin with aromatherapy, using essential oils selected to support your inward journey. Then we’ll move into EFT (Tapping) to help ground and center, followed by intention setting and a guided meditation to open the heart and calm the mind.
From there, you’ll be invited to settle in for a 60-minute multi-instrument Sound Bath, featuring crystal bowls, flutes, chimes, tuning tubes, and tongue drums — all designed to help you release tension and reconnect with yourself in a deep and restorative way.
This immersive experience will be led by:

• Christy DeHeaton, LMT, CranioSacral Therapist, Embodiment Coach
• Ryan Warner, Usui Reiki Master, Musician & Sound Healer

Throughout the sound bath, we’ll offer optional hands-on energy work, incorporating gentle Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki techniques to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
