The Denver Hive is a collaborative space where practitioners and healers from different backgrounds can come together to learn and create together. Founded with the intention of creating a safe space hidden away from the ever more chaotic outside world, The Hive is a sanctuary, a quiet oasis where you can turn your brain off, melt into your body, and heal your spirit. We offer a variety of classes, workshops, body work offerings, health consultations, and spiritual programs designed to connect you not only to yourself, but to your community and your purpose.

Our third SweetLife Alchemy quarterly retreat falls on the cusp of Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year! We will use the Dreambook+Planner tools and resources to align with our highest aspirations as we enter into the Summer months.

We will begin with a BONUS event at 6pm The Empowered Womyn Oils: Radiant Renewal that includes application of essential oils on acupuncture points to release & clear, align & set intentions, so that we can radiate with the season.

Then transition to a grounding practice of attuning our Chakra's with mother earth through guided pranayama (breathwork) and somatic release. We will reflect on the first half of the year - our aspirations, re-aligning our intentions, and creating actionable tasks to map out in our upcoming days, weeks & months.
