Urban Peak Shelter Youth Meal-NEW LOCATION-Mothership at 1630 S. Acoma St.

Urban Peak has built their new Youth Shelter, "Mothership" and we're back at the 1630 S. Acoma location and we will be making a meal using the food in the pantry and kitchen to prepare for up to 65 youth.

Please join us on Saturday, October 12 from 5-7:30pm to make a meal in the kitchen! Bring your creative cooking skills and let's plan to grab a drink nearby afterwards at Ratio Beerworks at 2030 S Cherokee St, Denver, CO 80223 at 7:30pm.

The Denver Way is a meetup for people who enjoy meeting new people, volunteering in the community, and cooking yummy food!
At this time, Urban Peak is allowing 4 volunteers that must fill out a Waiver Form.

The cost of this event is $10 per volunteer to cover the costs of Meetup, we will be using their menu and food in the fridge/freezer and pantry. I accept payment via PayPal paypal.me/SaraLClark81 or Venmo @SaraLClark81.

**Due to various volunteers not showing in the past, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ahead of time by Saturday, October 12 by noon, this will hold your spot. If you need to cancel please do so with as much notice as possible, if you don't show you will be removed from the group.

We look forward to making new friends and networking all while giving back to the community!
