Classes are taught by Carol Brophy and Conor Mulligan. We are certified practitioners of The Feldenkrais Method for group lessons (Awareness Through Movement) and one-to-one lessons (Functional Integration)

Price: €20 per class or discount price of €15 per class for a series (6-8 classes). Advanced booking REQUIRED during Covid. Please call, text or email to book your place.
