Welcome to The Flow Lab. I am Liza Gonzalez, an Enterprise Agility leader and licensed Professional Kanban Trainer (PKT). My career is built on driving measurable impact—most recently leading initiatives that resulted in 40% to 60%+ improvements in delivery time through the implementation of flow metrics.
In this lab, we strip away the "Agile" fluff and focus on the mechanics of Business Agility and Lean systems. If your organization struggles with bottlenecking, unpredictable roadmaps, or a lack of executive visibility, this is your space to find evidence-based solutions.
As a Licensed ProKanban Trainer, I offer this group a "teaser" of high-impact certification programs like Applying Professional Kanban (APK) and Applying Metrics for Predictability (AMP).
