The Fox's Den Kung Fu

A Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association with nearly 20 years of experience teaching martial arts will lead you through your Kung Fu and Fitness Routine! Your training with commence with 20 mins of functional strength and conditioning for the whole body, utilizing the latest techniques exercise science has to offer. This is followed by 25 minutes of skill training in the ancient fighting art of Kung Fu. Finally, your practice will end with 15 minutes of stretching and meditation to allow you to recover, develop your focus, and get you those high kicks you're after! You should head home feeling loose, refreshed, and full of energy. Our program is designed to stimulate training at all levels, in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that embodies our slogan, "Anyone Can Fight!"

A 3rd Degree Black Sash in Tai Chi, certified Yoga Instructor, and NSCA Certified Personal Trainer will lead you through a Tai Chi and Yoga routine to teach you the principles behind 'The Grand Ultimate Fist'! A perfect complement to your martial arts practice or to your own fitness routine, it will help you understand both the meditative side and practical applications of Tai Chi as a fighting art. Physical and mental benefits include increasing your flexibility, balance, and mental well-being!
