You don’t need to be a martial artist, athlete, or tough guy to learn how to protect yourself.
This 60-minute class is designed for everyday people who want an introduction to self-defense skills they can actually use. Whether you're brand new to training, returning after time away, or just want to feel safer and more confident in your body—this is for you.

### 👣 What We’ll Cover:

• Defense against common, basic grabs, pushes, and strikes
• What to target when attacked
• When to run and when to fight!
• Movement drills and mindset for staying calm under pressure

### ✅ All Experience Levels Welcome

No prior training? No problem.This is a judgment-free, ego-free environment focused on learning at your pace.

August 16th @ 2:15PM Class runs about 60 minutes, with time for Q&A and practice
