Roll into your afternoon with noon Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at The Fox’s Den Kung Fu!

We're hosting coach Cameron, who will be leading technical, beginner-friendly sessions focused on fundamentals, positional drills, and live situational work—perfect for first-timers and experienced grapplers looking to sharpen their game.

When: Three days each week at 12:00–1:00 PM
Where: The Fox’s Den Kung Fu, 4208 Bainbridge Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23324
Who: All levels welcome—no prior experience required

What to Bring

• Athletic clothing (rashguard/tee + shorts/leggings recommended)

Good to Know

• Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and stretch
• Mats provided; clean feet on the mat, please
• Respectful, safety-first training culture
