Weaving Stories: A Day of Nature, Creativity and Connection
Estúdio de Corpo e Alma, Rua de Santa Rita 95, Almoinhas Velhas,, Alcabideche, PTWhat stories live within you?
Some stories we tell with words. Others are expressed through movement, silence, images, or the way we relate to ourselves and others. Weaving Stories is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your creativity, and discover new ways of listening, expressing, and connecting.
Throughout the day, we will combine storytelling, improvisation, expressive arts practices, gentle movement, and time in nature. No artistic or theatre experience is needed.
Together, we will create a welcoming space where stories can unfold naturally through imagination, play, reflection, and shared experience.
During the day, we will explore:
• Grounding, breathing, and presence practices
• A collective reading of a short story
• Creative exploration through images, words, movement, and improvisation
• A mindful walk in nature
• Collaborative storytelling inspired by natural elements
• Personal reflection and group sharingThis experience is for anyone who would like to:
• reconnect with their creativity
• spend a meaningful day connecting with nature
• meet open-minded people in a supportive environment
