Talking Rock < New Trails

About This Hike: Track Rock is a nice trail system near Ellijay. We'll get our usual eight or so miles, then either meet for dinner afterwards and/or visit one of the many local orchards.

Of note: The trailhead is about an hour from Alpharetta, but this is a nice park and well worth the trip. Here is a link to the park: https://www.mtbproject.com/trail/7051687/talking-rock-nature-preserve

Directions: The trailhead is less than ten minutes from Hwy 515. If you follow your phone's map, you'll turn onto a paved road, immediately go around a circle, then turn right shortly thereafter. At that time, you'll be on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere and may feel like you are lost. You're not! The trail is shortly ahead.

Option 2: Be at the intersection of 515 and 136 by 11:45 and you can follow me to the trailhead.
