About us
The Seeker Circle · Explore the Inner World
Ever felt there's more going on inside you than anyone ever explained?
The Seeker Circle is a free, in-person group in Singapore for people who are curious about how the mind, emotions and relationships work, and who want to explore it with others who are curious too.
Each meetup is a Lantern Night. Together we open The Journey Within, a guided journaling experience told as a story. You bring something in your life you'd like to be different. As you write, the story takes you inward: through the way you think, the way you feel, the way you deal with the people around you, and the way you look back on your own life. Most people come out the other side seeing their situation differently, with something new to try. Then we talk about what each of us found.
What to expect
- A small, friendly circle
- A guided journaling session, then open discussion
- Something to try in the week ahead
- No experience or preparation needed. Just bring a pen.
- You share only what you want to share. Your journal stays yours.
Who it's for
Anyone 18 and above who has ever wondered why some people move forward while others feel stuck: students, working adults, parents, coaches, the curious and the sceptical. If you've tried self-help before and felt it wasn't made for you, you're especially welcome.
Who runs it
The Seeker Circle is run by Ash (M. Asraf), together with a special guest.
For years, Ash lived with severe social anxiety. What changed it was a set of practical mental tools he learned, tested and kept building on, one challenge at a time. That experience shaped everything he does now. He has spent twenty years reflecting on how people change, and ten years applying the same tools you'll explore in the Seeker Circle to his own personal and professional life. For the past year and a half, he has been building The Seeker's Quest: a world that introduces you to inner change in a way you can follow on your own.
Along the way he has trained across the human potential field, with certifications in the neuroscience of happiness, neuro-linguistics, the science of emotion and psychology.
Where it begins
Ash believes inner change happens from within. The Seeker Circle was created to give you a space where, if you haven't already, you can initiate your journey.
The Journey Within is the first step, and more will follow. Begin with this one. Once you've decided to initiate yourself into the journey within, you'll be invited further, to the next levels.
A note on care: this is a discussion group, and it doesn't replace professional help. If you're going through something heavy, please speak to a doctor or counsellor as well.
Bring yourself and your questions. We'll keep a lantern lit for you.
