Morning Walk at Terranea Resort & Pelican Cove

Meet up and social time at 9:15 a.m.

Walk starts promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Directions for parking and meeting: From Palos Verdes Drive, turn on to Terranea Way. There are free parking places all along the approach to the resort, so if you see an available space, you should probably grab it. As you continue toward the main building, there is are two free parking lots on your left before the stop sign just before the lobby.

The walk itself is easy, mostly flat -- about four miles round trip. We follow the bluff trail past the Pelican Cove Parking Lot, then alongside the road to Pt. Vincent before we turn and walk back. Afterward, we'll head over to the Sea Bean Cafe on the resort grounds for socializing and food.

There are cool ocean breezes and beautiful views of the ocean, and often you can see seals, dolphins, and migrating whales. If you like taking pictures, bring your camera for sure. Join us!
