Authentic Relating Games!

Authentic Relating is the art and practice of exploring the aliveness of human connection in the present moment. 🎉 🦋 😄

In this event, we'll explore connection games and interactive experiences designed to spark laughter, deepen connection, and invite you to show up as your most real self. Think of it like adult recess for your heart and soul... part improv, part mindfulness/embodiment, and part magic. ✨

You can expect to play with relational skills, deepen your existing connections and create new ones, gently push your edges to feel and relate authentically with new faces and souls, and get to know yourself even better and more authentically while in connection with others.

Come with an open mind and heart, and a playful attitude ready to explore playful connection in a safe and lighthearted environment, to expand your comfort zone, and build a relational toolkit to use in all areas of your life!✨

Results may include new friendships, tears and laughter, and a remembrance of the simple joys and deep medicine of human connection 😄

Where: Laurelhurst Park

We will meet on the north side of the lake and find our way to a grassy area for the games. I will post a more specific map link closer to the event.
