New group! Tired of going to concerts alone? Want to make witty remarks to people in between sets? Need someone to hold your drink for a sec while you fix your hair? You've come to the right place!

What we'll do at these events:

As a very small group, we'll try to meet up an hour or so before the concert starts at a local, casual bar or something low-key/comparable nearby the venue (or at the venue itself when it makes sense!) to chat a bit before walking over to the show
We can huddle together at the concert and go our separate ways whenever you like
Will mostly take place around Brooklyn with the occasional outlier in other boroughs
Mostly tiny, small, & medium venues
Music genres will range from r&b, rock, neo-soul, world music, hip-hop, rap, punk, jazz, electronic, and more (no country, probably no classical, sorry)

Group goal:

To meet rad folks in small gatherings to go to concerts with, who have equally ranging music tastes, meeting up for a drink or something at a local place beforehand to get acquainted a bit before the show
A little conversation and a little music!
Range of price points for shows (from free to up to maybe $60ish)
Chill vibes
Good people + good times!

Who I'm hoping to meet:
Kind, easy-going minds with diverse and interesting music interests, good conversationalists, fun, curious folks! It's important to me that everyone feels welcome and included :) My music tastes are eclectic to say the least.
