Whether it's a TV Sci-Fi, Cheesy Action or Corny Horror these so-called "bad" movies sometimes become cult classics and if not somehow they fit perfectly within our lifestyle and that is ok...

What’s going on guys 🥶 It’s Frost Descent November and I’m guessing our theme of the month will be Guilty Pleasures. And to break the ice, here are some of mine: Anna to the Infinity Power and Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan. Now if you think the term guilty pleasure is a bad thing, well I got news for you. That guilt is all part of the fun and a part of our life. And who needs critics telling us what movies to enjoy? That sincerity my friends is the clearest sign that we have spoken. And therefore the guilt becomes satisfaction.

Anyway, if this is your first time, we are just a super chilled crowd of movie fans, creators and filmmakers who love Action, Sci fi, Thrillers and Horror movies, meeting up and talking about them. As the wind blows more leaves we will be meeting at the cosy The BFI Riverfront: Balcony Bar (Upstairs). It is a pretty nice place that overlooks Waterloo Bridge and the River Thames. The bar offers a range of dishes and beverages plus we can sit in the inside or outside. It is a pretty cool place to hang out if you are a film buff or a filmmaker and it’s also part of The British Film Institute.
