❤️‍🔥 “It is written in the Book of the Dead… You will die! Like the others before you — one by one, we will take you.”

Hey guys! 👋 I’m excited about this brand-new standalone sequel to one of my favourite franchises is on the way. Looking back, there hasn’t been a bad Evil Dead sequel — they all kick ass — and this one looks like it’s going to be pretty sick too, especially with the man himself, Sam Raimi, producing.

Everything else so far is still a mystery, and hopefully it stays that way for as long as possible. Might even be best to avoid the trailer, just in case. What we do know: it’s going to be packed with practical effects, just as horror fans deserve.

So here’s the plan: we’ll meet up for some late Friday-night drinks, dive into the Book of the Dead movie, and wrap up the night with a quick film review before we all head off into the spooky night.
