👋 Hey guys! If you haven’t watched this film yet, this original Tobe Hooper classic still holds up remarkably well today. It has a unique creative overlap, blending Steven Spielberg’s warmth and sense of wonder with Tobe Hooper’s eerie horror sensibilities.

The story follows a family whose peaceful suburban home is invaded by malevolent spirits that abduct their youngest daughter. The film is celebrated for its groundbreaking special effects, its seamless blend of family drama and paranormal terror, and its exploration of the hidden darkness lurking beneath suburban American life.

Whether you’re discovering it for the first time or revisiting it after many years, I think this is one every horror fan should watch at least once. We’ll start things off at the Victory House Bar Leicester Square before proceeding to Cineworld (Screen 2). I'll be sitting in row A7 if you would like to sit in that row.
