Over the course of this reading journey, we will follow seven generations of the Buendía family and witness the rise and fall of their mythical town, Macondo.

This is a book filled with ghosts, flying carpets, political wars, and deep family secrets. Because it has a lot of characters with the exact same names, it can get a little confusing! We are reading it together so we can share family trees, talk about our favorite magical moments, and help each other unpack the deep themes of love, time, and solitude.
