Welcome to the THINGS TO DO IN UTAH - WELLNESS, HEALTH & HAPPINESS Meetup! We are a diverse group of girls and guys who love to explore the realms of Social Enlightenment, Bodywork, Emotional Exploration, Meditation ~ Sacred Writing, Unity of Community, and much more. With a focus on personal wellness and happiness, we engage in activities such as Yoga, Breathwork, Energy Psychology, and Wholistic Health. Whether you're looking for a Girl's Night Out, spiritual awareness, greater well-being or want to learn about space clearing and sacred space, this is the perfect group for you. Healing Yin is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on long holds in specific postures (asanas) with the concentration on your breath. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this class is for everyBODY.
During this class the use of props (blocks, bolsters, pillows) is highly encouraged and will be provided, if you have your own feel free to bring them. This unique style of yoga creates balance in the body and brings peacefulness to the mind.Please bring your own mat and your most authentic self to the class :)

NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.

NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.

Christian teaches not through spectacle, but through stillness. Her approach to intuitive development is spacious, respectful, and deeply human. Through her own experiences of loss that led her to create a spirit communication deck, Indi Star Cards, Christian guides individuals through grief to trust, healing, and connection. She creates space for people to hear themselves and to know when Spirit is speaking. Intuition is a remembering of your native language.
