NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE
NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)

*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
**Recommended checking with your Dr. for those with Heart Health questions.

Our thoughts and experiences shape our perceptions of the world around us. These perceptions influence our beliefs, attitudes, and responses.

Over time, some beliefs and perceptions may become outdated or no longer serve our best interests. When we can let go of perceptions or beliefs that no longer align with our true self, we open the door to new possibilities.

Releasing old perceptions allows us to make new choices, empowering us to create a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Join Patty in the Selenite Cave every Tuesday, a sacred space designed for reflection, healing, clarity and renewal, an ideal place for this guided journey.

During this guided meditation, we will have the opportunity to release limiting beliefs and perceptions. Give yourself permission and embrace the opportunity to choose again, opening the door to a brighter, more authentic future.

Spirit Guide Journey Events in the Salt Cave with Mel

The salt cave is a wonderful metaphor for diving into the unconscious and finding light within. Having years of training in animal communication and Indo-European Shamanism, Mel is fluent in navigating the unconscious to receive answers from the hidden.

Through drumming and guided meditation, participants will fall into a deep trans state to help connect with personal spirit guides whose guidance may provide answers to unlock the highest self.

Each journey offers unique opportunities to receive wisdom from your ancestors, guides, and spirit animals, helping you evolve toward your highest potential.

Join Mel for these drumming and guided meditation experiences that will bring you into a trans state, where your unconscious may unfold and receive messages from your true being.

Participants will be held in a safe space to experience authentic European shamanic practices. Please bring an eye mask, as it is essential to fully experience the journey.

This event Includes Halotherapy so Please note that this room uses is a halo-generator. A slight humming will be heard during the sessions as it is this generator which grinds the pharmaceutical grade salt up and blows it into the air for the participants to glean the benefits of halo-therapy during these events. This halo-therapy and the speleotherapy of a natural salt cave microclimate, are what make this room a Himalayan salt cave.

*Please arrive 20 minutes early. Once the Salt Therapy begins there will be no entry to the cave allowed.

*No Rescheduling is allowed less than 24-hours prior to your event. This policy is due to these events often selling out well in advance. To be fair to these dedicated facilitators, please plan ahead. If you are unable to attend, you will be required to reschedule prior to 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will lose your event fee.
