Evening/Sunset Hike at Two-Bit Peak

Come join us for this short (but steep) evening hike on Two-Bit (Dixie) Peak, which offers a view similar to Piestwa or Camelback at the top.

The first mile or so has a slow incline, but then we begin a steep and rocky ascent (wear shoes with good traction) in the last half-mile as we make our way up the peak. Once we reach the top we can take a few minutes to catch our breath, and then explore the ridgeline a bit before returning back to the parking lot the way we came

We will meet at the ramada near the restrooms. Plan on bringing a 1-2 liters of water, along with a headlamp, since we may be hiking in the dark at the end.

We can go out for some food and drink nearby after the hike.
