What we’re about

How can deciders and doers best work together for a business to have the greatest possible impact?

The purpose of this group is to explore Tight-Loose-Tight, a systemic approach to 1) modern leadership behaviors, 2) empowering and trusting teams to autonomously find the best solutions that align with company outcomes, and 3) having leaders and doers collaborate in the best possible way to improve how these outcomes are reached.

Tight-Loose-Tight has been successfully adopted by several companies throughout the world, especially in Norway.

Join this group if you are a leader, someone involved with enterprise transformations, work in HR/people&culture, a leadership coach, an (enterprise) agile coach, or if you are interested in new ways of working related to Covid-19.

Tight-Loose-Tight is in many ways an evolution of OKR, which will be explored in several of the meetups. It is also an engagement model: "Any pattern, or set of patterns, reducible to practice, which results in more employee engagement, during the implementation of an organizational change initiative.". Definition by Daniel Mezick at openspaceagility.com/engagement/. In addition, there are relationships to Mission Command.
