This group is for people who want to practice Ashtanga yoga in Tokyo!
Our yoga studio is located in Shinsen, Shibuya.
If you exit from Shibuya Station's A0 exit, which is directly connected to UNIQLO, it will take you 10 minutes to walk to our studio, but if you go to Hikarie, it will be further away.

渋谷駅のユニクロと直結しているA0出口から出ていただくと、わたしたちのスタジオまで、歩いて10分、ヒカリエ側だと、遠くなります。
