What we’re about

Triratna Tokyo has the goal of expressing the traditional principles of Mindfulness in the modern world.

We will teach you the basics of meditation. The two main practices we teach are the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana. These practices focus on developing calmness, integration, positive emotion and insight into our human potential.

The classes are suitable for everyone.

There will be a led meditation with an introduction to posture.

No need to bring anything. An open mind and curiosity is enough!

We are also online every Monday night at 8pm - in English.
