This is a group for people interested in exercising outdoors, doing yoga in Yoyogi Park, visiting gardens and parks and participating in various outdoor events and activities.

Basic Yoga in the Park (Indoors, if rainy)

Meeting Spot: Yoyogi Hachiman Station (Odakyu Line) at the bottom of the stairs of the North Exit .If you are coming by subway, get out of Exit 1 of Yoyogi Koen Station on Chiyoda Line and turn right. Walk past Yoyogi Hachiman Station South Exit, cross the train tracks, turn right, walk half a block and you will see the North Exit on your right.
Meetup Organisation Fee: ¥1000
What to bring: Yoga mat (if you don't have a mat, Let me know and I will lend you one).

Nature walk & Picnic Showa Kinen Park (Flower Park) 昭和記念公園 🌹🌷🌻 🌸🌺
Nishi-Tachikawa Station, Midoricho, Tachikawa, Tokyo, JPShowa Kinen Park is the largest park in Tokyo. It is a wonderful place to enjoy flowers and autumn leaves.
The park has multiple wide lawns, walking trails and a picturesque Japanese garden with bonsai exhibitions. It also has Western style gardens, a large pond and various flower beds that sprawl out over some fields and hills.

Meeting Spot - Todoroki Station ExitTodoroki Valley is a wild, untamed jungle-like and attractive tranquil walking trail where you can enjoy the sound of nature while walking along a 1.2-km course with bamboo trees, shrines, waterfalls, gardens and river.
Joshinji Temple is the birthplace of one of Tokyo’s oldest trees (more than 700 years old). It is the home of the three Buddha Halls with nine Buddha statues. Each of these tall statues shows a different hand position which have a symbolic meaning in Buddhism and creating nine different manifestations of Buddha.
