What we’re about
A group to help teenagers deal with so much stress through the practice of Mindfulness of Breathing meditation and Loving Kindness Meditation as well as other Buddhist teachings.
Each session has a guidance and a goal. Participants will do some writing and sharing their own experiences.
It is a safe space for teens to learn how to stay calmed.
Sessions are in English and Japanese, conducted by a mother of two teenagers.
Participants do not have to be Buddhist or convert to Buddhism.
