Dieser besondere Deutschkurs ist für alle, die mit Spiel und Spaß ihr Deutsch verbessern wollen. Wir sind eine kleine Gruppe (max. 15 Personen) von Deutschlernern zwischen A2 - B2 und machen Theater-Improvisation auf Deutsch. Aber keine Angst - das kann jede/jeder lernen! Der Fokus liegt vorallem auf Sprechen und Verstehen, so daß du in Alltagssituationen spontaner reagieren kannst und mit dem Sprechen auf Deutsch flüssiger wirst. Ich bin sowohl Deutschdozentin als auch Theaterschauspielerin und entwickle diese Methode seit mehr als 10 Jahren. Der Kurs ist immer mittwochs und du bist herzlich willkommen, vorbeizukommen und uns kennenzulernen. Das 1. Mal kostet der Kurs 12 Euro zum Kennenlernen. Ein 10er Ticket kostet 160 Euro. März** Am 4.3. wird es kraftvoll, persönlich und inspirierend: Unser **Wettbewerb für vorbereitete Reden** steht an! ## 🏆 Vorbereitete Reden (5–7 Minuten) **8 Teilnehmer** betreten die Bühne – jede Rede sorgfältig vorbereitet, jede Botschaft mit eigener Handschrift. 5 bis 7 Minuten Zeit, um zu berühren, zu überzeugen oder neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen. Wichtig: Wer die Mindestzeit unterschreitet oder die Höchstzeit überschreitet, wird disqualifiziert. Präzision ist hier kein Detail, sondern Spielregel. Die Gewinner dieses Abends qualifizieren sich für den **Area-Wettbewerb** am 21. ## 🎨 Week 1 – Intuitive Painting Session *This event is part of The Creative Act Circle series.* What if clarity didn’t come from thinking — but from creating? In this session, we begin beyond words. Through guided, intuitive art exercises, you’ll explore what lives beneath the surface — tension, desire, resistance, unanswered questions — and gently bring it into visible form. No technique. No artistic skills required. No pressure to create something “beautiful.” This is a safe, small-group space (6–8 people) designed for focused, honest exploration. We use color, texture, and gesture as tools for awareness — allowing the subconscious to speak without being interrupted by analysis. You’ll leave with: • A deeper connection to your inner state • A visual reflection of what is currently moving in you • A sense of clarity that often emerges when the mind softens All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity and openness.

The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :) We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German. The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other. The topic for March is "Our Bodies, Ourselves" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. Our Sewing & Crafting Activity Group is gathering to connect, serve, and create together in a Christ-centered environment. Whether you’re experienced or brand new, all skill levels are welcome. No supplies needed, but sewing machines are appreciated if you’re comfortable bringing one.
