In this gentle aerial yoga class, we use a soft fabric hammock suspended just 10 cm above the floor. The hammock supports your body as you move, helping you stretch more deeply, improve flexibility, and build strength in a new way. With the fabric holding part of your weight, you can explore each pose with more ease, sometimes with a soft sway, sometimes with a bit of challenge. We combine mobility, strength, and relaxation, and finish with a peaceful Savasana in the hammock. Hardergrat Traverse — Harderkulm to Brienzer Rothorn (T5) A big alpine ridge day above Lake Brienz with constant exposure, incredible views, and plenty of scrambling. We’ll hike from Harderkulm along the full Hardergrat ridge to Brienzer Rothorn. Route details: • Distance: \~23 km • Elevation gain:\~ 2300 m • Difficulty: T5- alpine hiking • Terrain: steep, exposed ridge sections, scrambling, narrow paths • Duration: starting at 9:20 from Harderkulm, we'll aim to reach Brienzer Rothorn before the last cable car at 17:50. so 8:30hrs for the hike. We'll meet at the flagpole in the **Ridgeview Middle School** parking lot (4241 Rudy Rd). Parking there is fine on Sundays. From the school, we cross OH-315 and the Olentangy River via the **Olentangy Trail Pedestrian Bridge**, then walk past **Whetstone Pond** and through **Columbus Park of Roses**, turning back at the **Whetstone Branch of Columbus Metropolitan Library**. We meet to learn and practice American Sign Language and to grow our familiarity with Deaf culture. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
