Jugger is a fast paced but easy to pick up sport that is great for beginners. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Mix of paces in this group from 6:30 min per km to close to 5 min per km. For those that want to do a longer distance, they will probably start earlier and link up with us for 9AM If you are doing one of the earlier runs (Such as Harry's run), please sign up for this too. This event is for anyone seeking a social run with like minded people. It will consist of 2 loops. the first loop will be run at 6 20 - 6 30 per km pace and will be about 7 km in length. We will then join with the main Dublin Runners group at 9:00 am back at the Visitors Centre (VC), where a variety of pace options will be available. This second loop will be approximately 10 km to 12 km. So you can choose to join at 8 15 am or 9 00 am. Please arrive 5 mins early as we are firm about start times. We usually finish with tea and cake in the cafe in the VC. If your pace is lower than 6 30 per km for about 8 km this run may not be for you. if you have any questions contact Harry.
