**This ride is an endurance and heat resistance conditioning ride specially prepare for members who participated the upcoming 3D2N MBG 11th Anniversary Malacca Ride.** We will be doing 1 big loop of Seletar Airport (SA) and Tanah Merah Coast Road (TMCR) and loop back. Please have some light bites before the ride as we only stop almost the end of the ride. There will be 2 stopping points: 1 water break at NSRCC T-junction and 1 breakfast stop at Changi Village Hawker. **GROUP SIZE LIMITATION: ** Limiting group size to comply with LTA regulations. Do still sign on Waitlist, and we will open up if we are able to manage another pack. **LTA ROAD RIDING REGULATIONS:** 1. 5 pax of single file per group. 2. 10 pax of 2 abreast per group (provided 2 or more lanes on the road). Single lane road shall adhere with a single file of 5 pax. Between groups shall not be intersected and keep a distance of ~30m for safety and visibility purposes. **RIDE DETAILS:** Ride Grading: 3.5-4 (1 Easy - 5 Very Strenuous) Terrain: 95% Road Distance: ~100km Speed: 28-32Km/h Bike Type: Road bike preferred. Walk along Holland Rd/Clementi Rd/Jalan Anak Bukit/Upper Bukit Timah Rd before ending at Hillview MRT The route may be modified during the walk to better suit the group’s pace and fitness levels. The organizers will make adjustments as needed to ensure the walk remains enjoyable and manageable for all participants. Do drop me a message via whatsapp or via meetup if you will be late. You may consider the following: 1\. Comfortable Clothing • Moisture-wicking fabrics: Avoid cotton, as it traps moisture and causes chafing. Instead, choose clothing made from materials like polyester, nylon, or merino wool, which keep you dry. • Comfortable socks: Opt for moisture-wicking socks with cushioning to reduce the risk of blisters. 2\. Proper Footwear • Well-fitting shoes: Ensure your shoes are properly broken in and provide enough support, especially if you're walking long distances. Our group, KIND MEALS, will be picking up the tab for pizzas, at MIKEY'S LATE NIGHT SLICE, on Sunday, February 8th from 12-2pm. We will be trying out MIKEY'S Vegan Fake-ass BBQ Chick'n pizza and Vegan Fake-ass Pepperoni pizza, as well as some other special vegan pizzas that are served there. All the vegan pizzas are covered with Selfish Cow vegan cheese. The pizza is free, drinks on your own. Join us to learn more about **[KIND MEALS](https://kindmealscolumbus.org)** (a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Cols. Ohio, providing hunger relief services to those in need). All of the food we serve is fresh and vegan!
