Les approches de ranking à deux étages écartent souvent des produits performants lors de la phase de retrieval (sélection large), avant même qu'ils n'atteignent le moteur de tri. Il nous fallait intégrer ces signaux contextuels dès la première étape. Au cours de cette présentation, nous montrerons comment nous avons traité chaque contexte de requête comme une dimension unique au sein d’un sparse_vector Elasticsearch. En utilisant un vecteur de requête avec une unique composante non nulle, le produit scalaire se transforme en une simple lecture de données (feature lookup) ultra-rapide. Nous avons ainsi transformé une opération de similarité complexe en une extraction de score simple et performante. Nous partagerons nos résultats (obtenus sur un catalogue d'un million de produits) ainsi que les compromis identifiés. **Sécuriser les migrations Elasticsearch : alias swap, rollback et reindex sans perte de données** *Par Said Bouigherdaine, LexisNexis* Toute équipe qui fait tourner Elasticsearch en production finit tôt ou tard par se heurter au même problème : un changement de mapping est appliqué, la réindexation échoue en cours de route, et le cluster se retrouve bloqué dans un état à moitié migré que personne ne sait comment rattraper. À l’occasion des **Journée des Arts**, le Zoot Collectif est fier d’introduire l’un de ses projets les plus florissants : le quintet du trompettiste **Noé Codjia** et du saxophoniste **Neïl Saïdi.** Les 2 acolytes se sont rencontrés en 2015 à New York pendant leurs études à la prestigieuse New School for Jazz. En 2024 le collectif continue donc son développement avec la création du Zoot Big Band, sous la direction artistique de Noé Codjia. L’album release a eu lieu en avril 2026 au New Morning et fut un franc succès. Le concert présentait « \*Bagages en Zoot \*», une série de 10 compostions écrites et arrangées par le trompettiste Noé Codjia. Ce nouvel opus produit par Zoot Records vient étendre un peu plus l’univers artistique du collectif. **LES JOURNÉES DES ARTS** sont organisées par l'école de philosophie Nouvelle Acropole, comme une invitation à changer de regard à travers l'art. This is a group for adults who want to ground in nature and connect to their creative selves in a warm and supportive environment. We'll meet weekly for 13 weeks (beginning June 26th) at a goat farm in Silver Spring, MD. We'll begin with a goat walk. That's right, we'll walk through the woods with goats and then focus on the chapters of Julia Cameron's book, *Walking in This World.* Maybe you want to dive deeper after having completed a facilitated group based on Cameron's first book, *The Artist's Way* or you want to jump right into exploring your inner landscape through writing and grounding in nature. You don't have to be a self-proclaimed or professional writer or artist to join. Just bring your curiosity, a copy of the book, something to write with and a commitment to attend all sessions if possible. Since the in-person portion of the group will be held at a private residence, I'll email registrants the address once they've signed up. Please dress in comfy clothes that might possibly be nibbled on by adorable goats, as the residence is also a goat farm. Wear closed toed shoes and feel free to bring water, a snack for yourself, bug spray and sunblock. In-person attendees will meet at 7 am. In the event of more than light rain, we'll skip goat walks and meet in the indoor office. There is an indoor bathroom on-site. For those joining on-line, plan to join at 7:30 am. You'll also need something to write with and a copy of the book.

Your monetary donations help cover much-needed medical expenses for homeless and at-risk animals. This event will be 5-8pm on the last Friday of every month at the October One Vineyard tasting shop in Downtown Leesburg. This event is free to the public, so stop by and raise a glass. HSLC will be on hand to answer questions and let you know about available animals. Let’s “cheer” up our local area animals in need!

Rockville Vegans will be picking up trash on the outside of Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary as part of their adopt-a-highway program. Poplar will provide all the supplies - gloves, bags, and visibility vests. We will be parking just inside the gate as you enter the farm property.

This is an 7.5-mile hike with 600 feet of elevation gain through the woodlands of Reston and Oakton. On the hike we'll pass horse paddocks and may even see a group of curious goats. This is one of my favorite sections of the Cross County Trail and probably the least traveled. Thanks to Tom Underwood for the photo. We'll start at the Walker Nature Center and pick up the Cross County Trail (CCT) for an out and back of the northern half of CCT Section . Our turn will be at Gabrielson Garden Park, **Park on Glade Road so the Nature Center parking lot can be kept open for the Center's pre-school activities and drop-offs.** We hike at a pace of approximately 2.5 mph while moving. Y**ou must be experienced with hikes of this length and elevation gain.** Dogs are welcome on this hike in accordance with the NVHC Dog Policy.
