Practice selected ForestMind exercises and include optional moments of shared reflection in a safe, supportive space. A warm space to write, connect, and spend some intentional time together. We start by gathering, chatting a little, and ordering a tea or coffee if you like. Then at **18:30** we take an hour to focus on our own writing. No phones, no chatting during the writing time — just a simple way to create momentum while being in the company of others. If you are noise sensitive, bring earplugs/headphones etc.. There’s no pressure to share your work unless you feel like it — you’re always welcome to keep things private.
