This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest. The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration. This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible. The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.

In this Yin practice, we take time to pause, soften, and simply be. With the support of long-held, floor-based postures, the body gradually opens, accessing the deeper layers of fascia and energy pathways. We allow gravity to guide the process. This subtle work calms the nervous system, nurtures stillness, and encourages quiet reflection. It's an opportunity to release tension from both body and mind, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. The class is led in English and is open to all levels. .

Well yes, poets often reference the stars, as far as I’m aware, which is a direction into astronomy, or even a gentle encouragement that we should keep our heads up and maintain our wellbeing. For example, the poet Philip Larkin in the poem ‘The North Ship’, in the first poem, tells with hwyl, “Under an fire-spilling star,”. For Poetry & Puls there is the context of the starry sky above us, as when we have no knowledge of astronomy we can’t read the poetry. Since we are interested in reading poetry, Starry Hours are good. Knowledge of the stars is also good for people on the move, and we like to often be on the move. Das ist eine Weisung in die Astronomie, halt einen Vorschlag, dass man den Kopf hochhalten und aufrechterhalten solle. Zum Beispiel, der Dichter Philip Larkin im Gedicht ‚The North Ship‘, im ersten Gedicht, erzählt „Under a fire-spilling star,“. Für Poetry gibt es die Umgebung von den Sternen, und wenn man keine Kenntnis von dieser Umgebung hat, kann man die Gedichte nicht ganz gut lesen. We meet and sketch each other in Berlin. This is just an art gym that we also exercise our social skills. Afterwards usually we go for lunch as a group. **How Does It Work?** This event is simple, we meet and sketch each other doing portraits. Most of the participants use pencils or watercolors. Main aim is to socialize while we draw. There will be plenty of time to talk and get to know each other. We have to mention that this event is suitable for all levels. Many have started to draw in our event actually. **Structure** A. Warmup Phase: We pose to each other for 1 minute. B. Main Phase: We pose to each other for 10 minutes. C. Showcase Phase: We show some of the drawings we did to each other. **Who We Are** Creative Sessions is an art events group located in Berlin. **Is it Free?** The event is free of charge. It is advisable to get a drink though. This is a cafe, we need to have at least half of the people on each table with a drink. Afterwards, we will have time to work on our individual art projects, hang out, and if anyone is interested in feedback on their work, there will be time for that as well.

We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily. I'll try to have signs outside Marian Hall that Identify our group. We hope to have you join us!

We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
