**"Man meets woman**" is *Yang Liu*'s pictogram book about gender differences that she experienced and put into a funny form for everyone to laugh and talk about. We will start out from watching her pictures (laughing) and discussing what they mean, how true they are and how much do we see them play a role in the everydays. Besides the picture book we go further discussing differences between men and women: the male and female brains, their ways of experiencing life and each other and the struggles and funny sides of dealing with these differences. A modern ipari társadalmak azonban új etikai dilemmát hoztak létre: a húsevés egy életmódbeli választás, vagy erkölcsi kérdés? Ebben a beszélgetésben a veganizmus filozófiáját vizsgáljuk, valamint azt a kérdést, hogy az állatoknak jár-e az emberével összevethető erkölcsi figyelem. Különböző nézőpontokat elemzünk antropológiai, táplálkozástudományi, környezeti és erkölcsi érvek mentén. Szükséges-e a húsfogyasztás az egészséghez? Erkölcsileg „tisztábbak”-e a növényi alapú étrendek? Mi a helyzet a környezeti és egészségügyi hatásokkal? Mennyire kell a biológiának meghatároznia az etikát? A vita érinti az állatok szenvedésével és az emberi felelősséggel kapcsolatos morális kérdéseket is, többek között Peter Singer gondolatait és a „speciesizmus” kritikáját — azt az elképzelést, hogy pusztán a más fajhoz tartozás nem lehet alapja az erkölcsi értékek csökkentésének.
