🌊 Then we **head to the beach** for **11 minutes of guided Wim Hof breathing**, awakening the body and mind.

**🏝️😎Sunday Coastal Walk: Cap d’Antibes**
Join the NomadUnion community for our first hike to kick off the New Year🙌
We’ll meet at 12:30pm at the bus stop Fontaine(Google maps directions below, can be reached by catching bus 02 from Antibes train station, runs hourly) and head out together for one of the Riviera’s most beautiful coastal walks around Cap d’Antibes. This stunning path follows the sea almost the entire way, passing turquoise coves, rocky cliffs, shaded pine trees, and elegant villas, with uninterrupted Mediterranean views. 🌊🌿
The walk is easy-paced and social, around 3 hours in total, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, stop for photos, and chat along the way. We’ll take a lunch break during the walk, so please bring your own lunch and enough water to stay comfortable.
Comfortable walking shoes or light hiking shoes are recommended, as some sections are rocky but very manageable.
After the walk, anyone who feels like it is welcome to stay on for a drink or relaxed hangout nearby to finish the afternoon together. ☀️🥪☕️

We are recruiting new group leaders for virtual men's groups! Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
