Journeying From Fear to Courage: A Guided Workshop with Jenn Baljko
Courage isn’t something we simply switch on. Between the fear we feel and the courageous actions we choose lies a rich, liminal space where reflection and insight help us find our next step.
In this 90-minute guided journaling workshop, author and facilitator Jenn Baljko invites participants to explore that space through writing prompts, reflective exercises, and experiential practices.
Drawing on ideas from her book *The In Between*, this interactive session offers a welcoming space to explore how stories of fear and courage shape the choices we make. No writing experience is needed, and a workbook will be provided.
Bring your favorite pen, some curiosity, and a willingness to explore the curves of your own spiral path.
About the host:
**Jenn Baljko** is a catalyst for midlife women ready to take their brave next step. She helps women navigate periods of transition and move from uncertainty into clarity, confidence, and wonder-filled action. As an author and creativity kindler at Always On My Way, she designs and facilitates life-giving experiences, walk-and-talks, and immersive gatherings that reignite women’s creative superpower and realign them with what matters most. Her work blends storytelling, reflective practices, intuitive movement, and creative exploration, initiating and guiding women through the liminal space where fear curves into courage.

Ioga, meditació, art i escriptura terapèutica. @cercleahimsa. Prova gratuïta.
Instagram: @cercleahimsa

Scaling AI Agents & Security in the Wild
At InnoIT Consulting, we are delighted to invite you to our upcoming event, organized in collaboration with Claude *Code Barcelona*, on **Wednesday, May 20**.
🎙️*Claude Code: Scaling AI Agents & Security in the Wild*
**SUMMARY**
We will be joined by **[Dror Asaf](https://www.linkedin.com/in/drorasaf/)** (Co-Founder & CTO, Kovant) and **[Joaquín Gamiz](https://www.linkedin.com/in/joaquin-gamiz)** (Security Engineer, Content Creator & Instructor).
**🎙️ From Chaos to Marketplace: A Practical Guide to Sharing AI Agent Best Practices at Scale,** Dror Asaf
As AI agents become central to development workflows, the real challenge is no longer adoption — it's **scaling them without letting knowledge become siloed** within individuals or teams. At Kovant, this challenge drove a progressive evolution: from ad hoc use in individual repositories to a central instructions repository, to a **dynamic skills system** that adapted to the context per project, ultimately culminating in an **internal plugin marketplace** that made sharing capabilities intuitive. Along the way, we discovered which simple approaches broke down at scale — and which solutions actually held up.
This talk provides a **clear framework for managing agent knowledge** based on organizational maturity, along with practical lessons and actionable starting points for any team looking to consolidate **scattered knowledge into shared infrastructure**.
With time for a dynamic **Q&A session and, of course, our networking with food 🍕 and drinks 🍻.**
**👥 Do you want to come along?** Share this invitation with all your contacts, or click the "share" button below.

Coffee Connections
A casual (but coordinated) coffee break to meet new friends, take a Zoom break, and get your AM caffeine fix.
Stop by for a few minutes or stay the whole time. Bring a friend or wander in solo. Come for the coffee and company, or just bring a book to read while surrounded by other in-real-life, community-seeking humans. Come by every Friday, or just when you happen to be in town. Make it whatever you need it to be that week. It's not an \*event\* per se, but we hope these Friday meet-ups can become a fixture of the bookshop!
Gathering spot will be in the downstairs area of the bookshop (near the Community Library). Coffee and tea are 1.50€ and can be purchased at the cash register upstairs. Find more info on our Instagram (@backstorybookshop) or website (www.backstorybookshop.com).

🖊️🌿 In each session, we read a small selection of modern poems and let them guide us into reflective writing with curated journaling prompts

Shut Up & Write! Kingsdale Shopping Center
Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington.
The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo.
Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine.
We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you.
The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly.
Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome.
The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit.
Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times.
Feel free to message me privately wth any questions and/ or concerns you may have.
Happy writing!
