Para el domingo 21 de junio vamos a escribir sobre "Se que hoy no es el dia" Escribe con total libertad usando tu creatividad Escribe, canta, declama lo que te surja del alma. Eso sí con un máximo de **dos páginas** (Arial, 12 pt y 1,15 espacio ). Nos encontraremos en la cafetería viena las 11.30h. Aportación voluntaria al finalizar el encuentro.

El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda (a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. Si algú trenca l'equip d'una altra persona, el propietari pot reclamar una compensació econòmica pels materials. 7. Els **menors de 14 anys** hauran d'anar acompanyats d'un adult responsable. Els menors de 16 anys hauran de portar un document emès per un tutor responsable, eximint de responsabilitat als Organitzadors (o confirmar meetup conforme l'acceptació d'aquestes normes). 8. **L'Organització no es farà responsable** de cap mena de lesió, mal o ferida que pugui succeir durant els entrenaments. 9. No os imagináis la ilusión que me hace invitaros a este *Círculo Poético.* Hephaisto fue el lugar donde, hace años, empezó mi propia transformación y volver ahora para facilitar este espacio es un regalo de la vida. Quiero compartir con vosotrxs mi proceso de estos últimos años: los pasos que he andado, y sigo andando, para ir **del miedo al amo**r. Para disfrutar de estas buenas temperaturas veraniegas, un bañito resfrescante en el lago. a medio camino de la Costa Brava y de los Pirineos nos encontramos Banyoles, la capital del Pla de l'Estany . El principal signo de identidad de la ciudad es el Lago de Banyoles, que con su cuenca lacustre son el conjunto kárstico – producido por la acción erosiva del agua – más extenso de la Península Ibérica. Haremos una ruta, fácil y relajada, que nos permitirá descubrir diferentes parajes singulares del lago de Banyoles y también haremos un seguimiento por las grietas del paraje encantado del **Bosque de Les Estunes** , uno de los rincones más emblemáticos y acabando de dar la vuelta completa al lago de Banyoles, podremos disfrutar de la gran riqueza natural y paisajística de la zona adentrándonos en los miradores que lo recorren 😃 y darnos un **bañito resfrescante** en el lago. 🚶L'itinerari Comarca: Pla de l'Estany Distancia: 11,45 km Desnivel: 108m Exigencia física: Baja. Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington. The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo. Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine. We’ll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you. The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly. Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome. The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit. Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for all—the venue can be busy at times. Our June read is ***Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible*** ***Voyage*** **by Alfred Lansing.** A work of nonfiction, and one of the most astonishing survival stories in history, we follow Sir Ernest Shackleton and his crew after their ship is crushed by Antarctic ice. Stranded in one of the harshest environments on Earth, the men endure months of isolation, freezing temperatures, and near starvation—yet refuse to give up hope. Lansing brings their ordeal to life through vivid detail and firsthand accounts, capturing both the brutality of nature and the resilience of the human spirit. At its core, the story is a powerful testament to leadership, perseverance, and the unbreakable will to survive against impossible odds. Looking forward to discussing with everyone!
