This time, you’ll learn how to make *Pasta allo Sparone*, filled with ricotta cheese and wild herbs, a unique recipe from the Abruzzo region — known not only for its bold flavours, but also for its unconventional preparation and presentation. It’s definitely something you won’t forget. The class takes place in a cosy private flat near Victoria Station and is limited to a small group of up to 10 people, keeping things intimate and relaxed. It’s a group of women meeting at the bar, practising British Sign Language, chatting properly, and spending a couple of hours together. Most women come on their own.
