Join us this Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM for **"The Breakdown: Why is Christianity True? Hard Evidences for Faith."** Skeptics are completely welcome! We will be diving into tough topics such as why Christianity stands out among thousands of religions, science in the bible, bible predictions, archeology, the paradox of free will, divine hiddenness and the problem of evil and suffering. For Christians: Can you handle these questions? * How do i know the Bible hasn't been changed? * How do I know Jesus Christ was real? And then how do I know what's written in that book is real versus just some guys thousands of years ago made a book? * Are these people saying that they saw him walk out? Are they saying that they just saw it empty? Any thing we can't answer initially will become a fun research topic! There are no limits for the open Q&A session.

We have a life model in a **single pose for three hours**. Usually **the same pose is repeated the following week so that you can give six hours to your work,** remember to book the same position for both weeks. Our studio is purpose built and well equipped with easels, drawing boards, clips and so on. We sell materials at reasonable prices so if you forget anything we should be able to help you out. We have professional lighting for the models and and full spectrum lights for the studio to give you a good experience. We break for 5 minutes for the model every 25 minutes and then for twenty minutes at 11.30am to have a cup of coffee and a biscuit (small charge). Our studio has a light and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced painter, come and paint with us! Tharangini is a musical project led by Jairam Parameswaran. He is a highly qualified classical musision who has led a choir recently in Hong Kong. We are grateful to have him with us every wednesday. He aims to begin a project to run every week through April, May and June, every Wednesday evening. this will run as a fundraiser for the Spirirual work of he International Vedanta Society. please come along for a taster sessions before committing tp attend each week. during these three months we will be focussed on leaning Bhaja Govindam which was written by Adi Sankaracharya.

Singing from the Heart led by Andrew Clark (suggested donation: £25) We will learn simple sacred songs and harmonies drawn from the Christian and other spiritual traditions. Singing from the heart helps us to connect, individually and collectively, with the flow of Universal Love. This can be meaningful for many people, whether their spirituality is linked to a particular faith tradition or to none. We will learn the chants by ear, so you do not need to be able to read music or be an experienced singer to enjoy this!
