This class is designed to nourish mind, body and spirit so that the practitioner can come to know their true selves. This term, we have a special series of classes focuses more deeply on the chakra system where we spend some time reflection on these energy centres of the body in an effort to achieve more balance in our lives. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced students, it includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures) a focus on the energy centres of the body (chakra system) and finishes with a 15 minute relaxation (Savasana). For anyone interested in going deeper into the yogic system to cultivate a more holistic spirituality, come and join us on the mat. Our free-of-charge meet-up upstairs in Ryan's Bar. This is a casual meet up for people who want to play boardgames. Lots of people bring plenty of games and rules will always be explained so don't worry if you're new to the hobby and you don't have anything to bring along or think you won't know how to play. Late comers always welcome, you just might have to wait a little for a game to open up. **The meet ups are free of charge but we do ask that people support the bar by buying food and/or drink.
