Through embodied exercises, real-time relational games, and guided practice, you’ll learn how to: * Recognize subtle invalidation patterns * Stay regulated when someone’s emotions feel intense * Respond with empathy without abandoning your own truth * Repair when harm has already happened This is a space for growth, not blame — for learning how to create connection instead of confusion.
