Dear Members, I warmly invite you to tomorrow’s small and intimate gathering. 📍 Köpenicker Str. 40, 10179 Berlin 🕒 3:00 PM This session combines gentle breathwork with a guided feminine embodiment practice in a safe and respectful space for women. We will explore slow, conscious breathing and simple, self-guided touch over clothing in the heart, chest and lower belly area. The focus is body awareness, presence and reconnection with yourself. There is no partner work. Each woman remains in her own space throughout the session. All touch is self-guided and completely optional. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. This is a beginner-friendly practice. No prior experience with breathwork or embodiment work is required. The intention of this evening is not intensity, but reconnection. Not performance, but awareness. Not activation, but gentle integration. You are invited to: ‱ Slow down ‱ Feel your body from within ‱ Explore the connection between your chest and lower belly ‱ Meet yourself with kindness and curiosity Come as you are. Each participant is welcome to bring a book they are currently reading and share interesting ideas or questions from it. One of our main reference books is Sophie's World, which we often use as a starting point for discussion. 🗓 What to Expect Each meeting follows a relaxed and engaging format: Welcome & Introductions (10 minutes) Brief introductions and sharing what everyone is reading. Book & Topic Sharing (20 minutes) Participants present a short passage, idea, or question from their book. Group Discussion (45–60 minutes) Open discussion based on the shared material, often inspired by Sophie's World and related philosophical themes. Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month. Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease. This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance. Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles. Come as you are. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

**Birding Walk to Pfaueninsel** Join us for a relaxed birding walk along the beautiful Havel leading to the historic Pfaueninsel (Peacock Island). Starting at **13:00 in front of Wannsee S-Bahn station**, we will walk along the river through a diverse mosaic of riparian woodland and park landscapes, looking and listening for birds along the way. The route offers excellent chances to observe a variety of **native woodland and wetland species**, including several **woodpeckers**, songbirds, waterfowl, and other river-associated birds. With a bit of luck we may also encounter **beavers** or at least discover their unmistakable feeding traces along the banks of the Havel. Our walk continues to **Pfaueninsel**, famous for its free-roaming **peacocks**, but also home to old trees and quiet habitats that attract many other birds. The excursion is planned to last **approximately until sunset**, allowing us to enjoy the changing light and evening activity of wildlife. **Important:** The **ferry to Pfaueninsel is not included in the tour fee**. The crossing costs **an additional €5** per person. Bring binoculars if you have them
